Procurement (Executive / Senior Executive)

BHF PTE LTD is one of the largest bakery manufacturer in Singapore which owns brands such as Baker's Heaven, Hayley & Goomedo available in major retail supermarkets. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Procurement Exec / Senior Exec to manage the procurement function efficiently, ensuring that the organization obtains goods and services of the right quality, at the right time, and at the best possible price.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sourcing Suppliers**: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on factors such as price, quality, reliability, and delivery time.
- **Negotiating Contracts**: Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements.
- **Order Processing**: Responsible for processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery of goods and services.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production to forecast future demand.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers, communicate regularly with suppliers to address issues, resolve disputes, and foster collaboration.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that purchasing activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience will be advantageous
- Possess strong analytics, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
