Google Marketing Specialist

We're looking for Experienced Digital Marketing Specialists who enjoy making sense of keywords and figures, see your websites move up the ranks and generate results (conversions).
**Responsibilities**:
1. Set up and manage Google Ads.
2. Develop on-page SEO strategies.
3. Monitor and report key website metrics e.g. keyword ranking, impressions, bounce rate, and conversion rate.
4. Analyze data from GA4 and search console and formulate strategies based on the data.
5. Craft compelling Ad Copy to maximize CTR.
6. Create, categorize, and refine keyword lists to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified visitors to client sites.
7. Enter negative keywords as needed.
8. Implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management.
9. Implement effective A/B tests to optimize conversion rates.
10. Generate reports for clients when requested.

**Requirements**:
- A Diploma or Degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Professional or native proficiency in English
- Working proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
- An independent worker with good work ethic, focus and a continuous pursuit of excellence.
- A positive attitude with ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work with persons with disabilities is a must (we’re an inclusive employer who employ both able-bodied and persons with physical disabilities).
