Join our team as a Senior Manager, Actuarial, where you will play an integral role in coordinating and managing critical capital projection deliverables, including regulatory stress tests and solvency forecasts.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage capital projection deliverables to regulators including MAS stress test, ORSA stress test.
- Coordinate and manage other deliverables including Solvency Forecast, Local Capital Plan, Financial Condition Testing and Internal Target Capital Setting, Argo Committee.
- Coordinate and manage various capital-related projects including investment initiatives, strategic asset allocations, reinsurance initiatives for capital relief
- Support the development of Recovery Plan for the company, upon MAS designation of MLS as a D-SII.
- Coach, develop and supervise team members
**Required Qualifications**:
- Nearly qualified or qualified Actuary from a recognized Actuarial examination body.
- 10 years or above of Actuarial working experience, with experience in pricing, valuation and capital management a key advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage and drive project completion within timeline.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments and Group / Regional office.
- Strong leadership and experience in developing junior staff members.
- Working knowledge of AXIS will be an advantage.
