**Job Title: IT Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:Identify and prospect new clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- **Consultative Selling**:Understand clients' IT needs and challenges to recommend tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- **Product Knowledge**:Stay up-to-date on the latest IT products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- **Pipeline Management**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems, and provide regular updates to management on sales forecasts.
- **Relationship Management**:Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
- **Negotiation**:Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, pre-sales, and technical support to drive sales initiatives and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and position our offerings effectively in the marketplace.
**Qualifications**:
- ITE, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- A proven track record in selling in any direct or related industry
- A good understanding of IT products, services, and solutions will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated with a passion for technology and innovation.
