Bedok, Singapore BizCare Personnel Services Full time

This role is responsible for managing all fixed assets related work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Projects (Network Assets)
- Perform matching of projects revenue and cost and provide cost analysis variance.
- Perform reconciliation of network assets records against in Fixed Asset Register.
- Non-Network Assets
- Conduct monthly discussion with Operations team on fixed assets related matters on
accrual, capitalization and/or recognize expense.
- Prepare tagging for fixed assets after capitalization, liaise with owner and ensure tagging
is fixed on assets.
- Inventory
- Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation report.
- Perform inventory provisioning.
- Conduct annual inventory stock count exercise.
- Related works to Fixed Assets
- Conduct additions, transfer, and disposal of assets.
- Perform capitalization and depreciation during closing. o Perform accrual and reversal of journal entries.
- Prepare of accrual and reversal schedules.
- Prepare monthly schedules or reconciliations.
- Perform asset sightings.
- Prepare low value asset listing.
- Assist in the transformation to office digitalization.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accountancy/ equivalent with accounting experiences.
- Good in excel skills.
- Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.
- System knowledge of SAP B1 will be an advantage.

Knowledge on Fixed Asset accounting will be an advantage
