**Responsibilities**
- Develop, curate, and execute best-in-class leadership development, team effectiveness, and personal effectiveness programmes
- Perform learning needs analysis with internal stakeholders and recommend leadership and management development interventions
- Integrate leadership development solutions into the bank’s High Potential talent development process
- Manage relationships and work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and with our external learning partners/training vendors
- Conduct facilitation for selected in-house programmes

**Requirements**:

- Future-focused professional who is strategic and has strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Strong programme management and project management skills
- Interest and passion in learning, leadership development, and coaching practices
- Can-do attitude, with a willingness to roll up sleeves to solve process and operational problems in a highly matrixed organisation
- Degree holder, preferably in relevant field such as HR, adult education, psychology, or behavioural science
- About 10 years of relevant work experience in leadership development, talent management, organisational development, or HR leadership roles
- Good facilitation skills to independently conduct training programmes will be advantageous
- Experience in design and development of leadership development programmes will be advantageous
- Experience in culture and change management will be advantageous
- Experience in leadership profiling tools will be advantageous
