**Responsibilities**:

- A pivotal role in leading the policy team to formulate organisation’s priorities and policy positions
- Drive agenda expansion through sector identification, stakeholder engagements and pilot projects.
- Develop and advance advocacy strategy with key policymakers, partner organisations, thought leaders and advocates.
- Develop an annual research agenda in partnerships with IHLs, commissioning studies and surveys
- Discover ways to communicate internal and external audiences the importance of ensuring continued pathways of progression
- Evaluate outcomes of policy team’s advocacy and research if strategic objectives are met

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Political Science, Economics, Law, Communications or any other related fields
- Strong interest in and understanding of Singapore’s socio-economic policy landscape
- Experienced policy advocate with coalition-building experience working in the public or people sector in policy, communications, community engagement or advocacy roles
- Experience developing, implementing and tracking the success of economic programmes and advocacy work
- At least 5 - 10 years of experience managing a team
- Skilled at people management; able to lead and develop a team to achieve outcomes
- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong planning, analytical and written skills, with an ability to analyse and explain issues to a wide variety of audiences
- High level of leadership, initiative and drive who thrives in a fast-paced environment
