**What you will do**:
As Demand Planner, you will manage commercially the TFPP Purchasing / Demand Planning for assigned SBUs incorporating purchases from local and overseas suppliers

**How you will do it**:

- Cost effective management of national inventory levels which satisfy BT&S performance requirements.
- Track local product expenditure and ensure purchases are in line with anticipated forecasts, set service levels and in line with product lead-time.
- Work with Sales, and Suppliers to optimize economic order quantities, minimize minimum order requirements and variability of delivery lead times.
- Lead in monthly S&OP meetings with Sales, purchasing, customer service and product management.
- Coordinate closely with various key stakeholders to meet customers’ expectations and requirements
- Active participation in demand planning inventory related meetings and forums
- Gather, develop, analyses and validate statistical data used in preparing forecasts.
- Pro-active contribution towards achieving national inventory goals, OTD and several KPIs
- Understanding of financial impact of forecasting and related decisions.
- Support Ad-hoc reporting, when required.

**What we look for**:

- A tertiary degree in Business / Operations or related field.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Forecasting / Demand Planning. Statistical Computation and analysis
- Computer literate, proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge on SQL will be an added advantage.
- Pronto experience (highly regarded)
- This is a 6 months contract
