**Your Role**:

- Prepare daily mise en place and food production
- Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety in all kitchen areas
- Ensure food storage areas comply with hygiene, health, and safety policies and procedures
- Perform stock taking, control, and ordering
- Handle opening and closing duties
- Manage and maintain hygiene standards as per SFA requirements
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A love for cooking, baking, and kitchen environments
- A deep curiosity and strong drive to learn new skills
- Proactivity in giving and receiving constructive feedback
- An optimistic, warm demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills, proficient in English
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
- Educational qualifications: O Level, Diploma, or Nitec/Professional certificate
- Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred but not necessary (Training provided)

**Our Benefits**:

- Salary: $2,400.00 - $2,500.00 per month (depending on experience)
- 4 days + 1/2 day work week (44 hours/week)
- Overtime pay + Monthly performance bonus ($300-600)
