**Job Summary**

**Allied Container Group** is a leading container haulage operator and yard operator founded in Singapore in 1975. We are dedicated in using technology to improve the lives of small businesses and consumers in the logistics sector.

As part of the team, we are looking for **Fleet Management Admin**

- Assists in doing the paperwork on all new and existing vehicles/equipment such as vehicles registrations, accident reports and repairs.
- Process all invoices and electronically files vehicle/equipment repair orders and schedules.
- Assists with asset inventory and with scheduling and maintenance tracking of repair work on vehicles/equipment.
- Performs other administrative tasks assigned/directed by the Fleet Manager
- Handles all matters with speed and accuracy.

**Job Requirements**
- O Level/Professional Certificate/NiTEC/A Level/Diploma, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Admin, or equivalent.
- Tech savvy - strong knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
- Ability to communicate accurately & effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to perform other clerical duties such as filing, answering the phone and/or compiling correspondence.
- Ability to prioritize work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
