Senior HR Executive, Talent Acquisition

**JOB SUMMARY**
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review key hiring trends and indicators from the external environment to recommend appropriate plan and tactics that support the strategic staffing.
- Contribute to fulfilment of hiring plan and positively influence talent acquisition outcomes by implementing the highest impact talent attraction and acquisition programs to fill vacancies.
- Build credible partnerships with hiring managers through networking and influencing, developing strong hiring capabilities in them to achieve effective assessment decisions.
**Talent Acquisition Operations**
**Corporate Employer **Branding and projects**
- Support the design and implementation of employer brand-related campaigns and events with the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking and direct sourcing to drive Talent Acquisition outcomes.
- You will also liaise and build strong relationships and presence with external public and private sector agencies and community organizations, schools and institutions to position us as the employer of choice for top talents.
- Maintain recruitment knowledge and best practices that comply with fair employment practices and other audit/ regulatory requirements.
- Support the initiative to elevate hiring practices through design and/or conduct in-house training courses to improve interviewing skills of hiring manager and supervisors.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects to build robust recruitment-related system to improve efficiency and quality of new hire.
- Any other jobs as assigned.
**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**

- Degree in any discipline, preferably with HR specialisation or a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications & experience
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment functions, preferably with a dynamic manufacturing environment.
**JOB-RELATED SKILLS & PRE-REQUISITES**
***
- Solid experience in talent attraction and acquisition, so you can respond quickly to business needs by designing effective hiring strategies and delivering significant impact through finding great talents.
- Profound knowledge of the latest talent attraction and acquisition tools and techniques, and experience with market mapping and talent research allowing you to enjoy data and insights of talent competitors in the industry.
- Eagerness to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and work with a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Good written and spoken English, preferably conversant in a second language
- Resourceful, positive, energetic with initiative and excellent motivational skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to work independently
- Preferably experience in HRIS and any relevant HR Applicant Tracking System.
