Corporate Functions Operational Excellence Associate - Monetization Strategy and Operations (Third-party Associate) **Location**: Singapore Employment Type: Third-party Associate Job Code: A67286A **Responsibilities**: About the Team The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams. **Responsibilities**: Sales Incentive - Manage end-to-end sales incentives process from calculation to payout. - Working with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency via process or system enhancement - Work under time pressure to ensure that results are finalised before submission deadline CRM Optimization and Process Development - Partner with Sales teams and CRM teams to develop optimized CRM-related business processes - Stay up-to-date with new CRM products and feature launches and ensure Sales teams are aligned - Lead processes standardisation projects independently across APAC and METAP markets, provide guidelines and training for the Sales team Business Analytics and Reporting - Conduct in-depth analytical review of business operations and provide data-driven recommendations - Prepare clear and concise management reporting via dashboard visualization that delivers actionable insights to leadership. - Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams (Finance, HR/Payroll, Product, HQ Teams, etc.) with a strong client-focused and continuous improvement mindset. **Qualifications**: **Minimum Qualifications**: - Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics or related fields; - 3 years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields - Highly analytical and attention to details **Preferred Qualifications**: - Comfortable dealing with people and the processing of business operations - Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel and Power Point preferably (BI system knowledge is a plus) - Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile and determined to drive assigned targets and projects with perseverance and passion.
