**Job Summary**:

- **Working Location: Central**:

- **Salary range: $2800**:

- **Working hours: 5 days, 9.30am - 7pm/ 12.30pm - 10pm (*Weekend will be rostered to be on duty)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Customer Experience Manager and Executives on customer service-related operations
- Assist a team of Customer Service Officers in managing daily operational matters, including mall redemptions and campaign related activities
- Assist with mall redemptions and activities
- Collate and compute reports within the stipulated time frame.
- Facilitate and manage the helpdesk and answers calls for inquiries/feedback
- Liaise and manage our vendor for receipt auditing
- Effectively address all members’ and shoppers’ enquiries and feedbacks within a specified timeframe
- Liaise with tenants and merchants for loyalty program related issue
- Manage ad-hoc tasks responsibly
- Work closely with marketing communications team on all promotional activities
