We are recruiting a motivated and experienced Associate, Legal and Compliance, to support our company’s growth.

**Responsibilities**:
**Compliance**
- Implement and maintain the company’s compliance programme to ensure continued alignment with regulatory standards
- Provide advice and support to the company on compliance-related areas
- Liaise with the Monetary Authority of Singapore and any other relevant authorities, internal and external parties for legal and compliance-related matters, including regulatory filings and licensing matters
- Track developments in laws, regulations and market standards, in particular, for Singapore
- Prepare management reports on legal and compliance
- Conduct compliance checks and training for staff

**Legal**
- Provide legal support and advice in respect of the structuring and launch of new funds, the management and operation of existing funds (including any variations such as any extension of fund life), underlying fund or co-investment opportunities, and fund marketing in line with applicable regulations, and governance of the private equity business
- Liaise and work closely with external law firms on transactional legal matters
- Assist with contract drafting, review and negotiation across the business

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law (preferred)
- Preferably at least 2 years’ proven experience in a legal and/or compliance role, ideally within the financial services industry
- Fluency with legal and compliance requirements
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Highly analytical, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently, with integrity and responsibility
