Singapore Judiciary, Supreme Court Full time

The Judiciary - comprising the Supreme Court, State Courts and Family Justice Courts - is one of the three constitutional pillars of government in Singapore. **What the role is**

**What you will be working on**

You will be involved in the following work areas:

- Handle counter enquiries and provide information to court users on court processes
- Participate in initiatives to strengthen touchpoint-centric service design and explore innovations that enhance service experience
- Provide suggestions on improving service quality and processes to enhance court users’ service experience

**What we are looking for**

Work Experience and Competencies
- 2 - 5 years of working experience in related industries or environment, such as in a customer-fronting job, would be an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to speak fluently in additional languages such as Malay, Tamil or Mandarin would be an advantage
- Experience with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be an advantage

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to think on your feet to diffuse difficult situations.
- Good attention to detail
- Good time management with the ability to multi-task well
- Excellent team player who is self-driven and can also work independently
