**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Advisory services are a part of a governmental initiative, no sales or individual KPIs required
- Help members of the public who require assistance, share more about programmes and initiatives that are suitable and relevant for them
- Other general jobscopes include roadshow registration, handling general enquiries at roadshows, data entry, setting up/tearing down of event, perform follow-ups with clients via phone (equipment provided)
- Will be required to report to islandwide roadshow locations
- 5-days work week, weekends and PH may be included

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluent in English and mother tongue
- Basic IT skills - Able to use tablet, confident in data entry into online system
- No brightly-coloured hair or visible tattoos that cannot be hidden during working hours
- Enthusiastic self-learners who take the initiative to find out more about available programmes/initiatives
- Good team players required
