Assistant Manager

PURPOSE:
- To maintain and seek collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders in the community and sector.
- Promote mental health to the community through Club HEAL's programmes and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundraising
- Outreach and acquire new and potential donors, corporates, institutions and associations.
- Organise and execute fundraising programmes, events and initiatives.
- Actively engage partners to bring forth cross collaboration efforts with the objective of fund raising as well as marketing of Club HEAL programmes and services.
- Solicit and write proposals, letters of appeal for donations and project reports.
- Maintain database and records of donors and sponsorships. Generate reports, and any other collection data as needed.
- Work with the team to plan and execute strategic plans with budget management on annual fundraising events
Marketing and Corporate Communications
- Manage and produce contents for Club HEAL's website and social media platforms.
- Manage media queries, prepare press kits for announcements and talking points for spokespersons and interviewees.
- Any other projects and duties as assigned.
Volunteer Programme Management
- Recruitment and training of new volunteers.
- Has keen interest to network and explore collaborations with corporates, schools and institutions of higher learning for volunteer opportunities.
- Work closely with internal programme leads to facilitate and coordinate volunteer activities.
- Plan and organise annual volunteer appreciation event.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong writing skills. Able to write for different platforms requiring various writing styles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond to difficult situations and issues.
- An independent and responsible team player.
