The merger of Aviva Singapore and Singlife was announced in September 2020 and created one of the largest homegrown financial services companies in Singapore in a deal valued at S$3.2 billion. It was the largest insurance deal in Singapore at the time. Singlife was subsequently acquired by Sumitomo Life in March 2024, one of Japan’s leading life insurers, which valued Singlife at S$4.6 billion, making the transaction one of the largest insurance deals in Southeast Asia.

**Key Appointments**
- Support the enterprise’s Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations and user access governance.
- Ensuring secure access to sensitive systems, maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory standards, and responding to security incidents.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as internal/external auditors, Tech Risk, and Tech teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. PAM System Administration**
- Manage and maintain PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Saviynt) as part of Singlife’s strategic PAM roadmap.
- Configure and troubleshoot onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts.

**2. User Support**
- Handle privileged access requests using half-password or dual-control approaches.
- Troubleshoot access issues and support end-users across business units.

**3. Security & Compliance**
- Maintain and update user guides, SOPs, and audit documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal security standards and MAS regulations
- Support User Access Review (UAR) processes and entitlement governance

**4. Incident Response**
- Respond to PAM-related and broader security incidents.
- Investigate and document privileged session activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and Tech Risk on remediation

**5. Stakeholder Engagement**
- Collaborate with internal/external auditors, Tech Risk, and IT teams to align on governance, compliance or audit.

**Experience**
- 2-5 years in information security, preferably with exposure to PAM, IAM, or IT audit.
- Experience with tools like CyberArk, Saviynt, or equivalent PAM solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

**Education**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are preferred.
