**About the role
CGS-CIMB Securities is a 75-25 joint venture between China Galaxy International Financial Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Galaxy Securities Co. Ltd., and CIMB Group Sdn Bhd. With our global presence in over 20 countries, through our network of local offices and strategic partners, we pride ourselves as Asia's leading financial gateway for our clients.

Business Innovation focuses on building cross departmental relationships within the organization as well as collaborate with external cross border entities to establish overseas co-operations.

Leveraged Products is one of the largest profit centers of CGS-CIMB Singapore and offers a multitude of financial products catering to our clients trading needs (CFD equities, FX, Index, Futures, Crypto, Bonds, and Structured Products). Our clients range from retail investors to proprietary trading firms to institutional B2B clients.

**Job Responsibilities
Passionate about driving business integration,
- Aggregate support function that keeps the business running smoothly as a single unit
- Exposed to multiple facets of the business for all rounded support to specialized business units i.e. Dealing, Sales, Support, Operations

Excellent communication and organization skills
- Responsible for opening and maintaining channels within the organization for cross border / cross departmental work.
- Strong fluency in Korean and English (Written and spoken) is preferred as the incumbent would be working with our Korea office and business partners
- Multitask and liaise between multiple projects adhering to deadlines in a well-organized and detailed fashion.

Interest and drive in Financial Products
- Strong presentation skills to educate and manage new product information to key partners
- Passionate about financial markets and systems to drive development of existing product to new market segments in an evolving financial landscape.

**Job Requirements**
- Driven, Innovative, Fun.
- Fresh Graduates (Officer/ Associate)
- 1 to 3 years’ Experience (Senior Associate)
- BA/BS strongly preferred from a reputable institution with demonstrable interest in capital markets and trading products.
- Fluency in Korean and English (Written and Spoken) is preferred as the incumbent would be working with our Korea office and business partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Background in Onboarding/KYC/AML is a bonus but not required.
