- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (9 am - 6 pm) / Sat (9 am - 1 pm)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage administration, data entry, inventory control, and material handling in the warehouse.
- Coordinate import-export bookings and creations, ensuring smooth shipping and forwarding of products.
- Provide customer service by closely communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle e-documentation and maintain organized records of documents.
- Prepare shipping documents and complete related administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders and shipments for deliveries and collections, ensuring proper labelling and counterchecking.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse storekeepers to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain an accurate record of warehouse inventory.
- Perform any other general duties as assigned by customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct stringent checks on shipping documents provided by shippers in accordance with shipping requirements.
- Ensure thorough inspection of physical cargo, verifying all valid markings and labelling.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures within the warehouse environment.
