- Planning and executing 5-year strategic road maps for the APAC region
- Identifying suitable partners such as clients, EPCs at the onset of pursuing opportunities to ensure strong solution selling
- To set out objectives & strategies, prepare & execute business development action plans with the RSM that is in line with Germany HQ.
- Build up strategy/business plan for each targeted market segment and develop specific action plans to go to markets.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of opportunities for business growth by utilizing CRM to provide relevant reporting to Germany HQ
- To review project cost estimate as prepared by team and ensure alignment to project requirement during tendering phase
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop winning strategy and proposal best suited to client's needs
- To attend to pre-tender meetings and to coordinate with clients and consultants for technical and clarifications
- Promote our brand to key stakeholders and keep them abreast of the latest product & solution offerings
- Negotiate and win opportunities directly with customers on targeted projects

**The Successful Applicant Profile**:

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confident and professional in dealing with customer/consultant/EPC to gain their trust in our solution and engineering expertise.
- Ability to self-motivate, multitask and to work both independently and within a team in a fast pace environment.
- Proven track record of minimum 5 years of sales targets achievement, business development success and building of strong customer relationships with B2B accounts - existing customers and prospects preferable in Asia Pacific Region.

Critical Requirements:

- Must have a hunter mindset
- Ability to travel overseas if required (up to 50%).
- Does not require local sponsorship to work in Singapore.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
