**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the air conditioning or related industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems and solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
