Singapore MEX GLOBAL MARKETS PTE. LTD. Full time

The Marketing Specialist will support all marketing aspects in Singapore as well as the marketing campaigns and activities in S.E.A region.
- You will play a supporting role in demand and lead generation, content creation, building of market awareness for the company, growing thought leadership and increasing customer acquisition.
- You are naturally creative with strong interest in lead and demand generation, goal driven, analytical and has a strong business acumen.
- You will be delivering a compelling message for the company’s products and solutions, with a strong contribution in the overall revenue goals.

**Job Responsibilities:
- Support and contribute ideas for localised marketing campaigns and initiatives to help in driving the sales pipeline.
- Grow and manage a suite of marketing initiatives to generate sales-qualified leads. Focusing on activities such as (but not limited): digital marketing campaigns and customer journey optimisation.
- Execute successful marketing initiatives and owning their implementation from ideation & conceptualization to execution
- You will work closely with various stakeholders internally, including the global marketing & backend team to oversee any marketing campaigns regionally.
- Building public awareness, positive brand perception and preference in the minds of our key stakeholders, especially our selected target segments
- Work with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team on lead pipeline management, and marketing activities both local and regional.
- Predict, measure and evaluate the result of marketing campaigns in order to optimise the marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads conversion rates and quicken the sales cycle.
- Research & champion the latest developments in digital marketing strategy, emerging platforms, advertising innovation, and the competitive landscape
- Continually build a strong understanding of regional market trends, customer preferences, product capabilities and competitors’ strategies to execute relevant and effective in-market programs.
- Manage and be responsible for the marketing budget, to plan and allocate funds efficiently

**Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Marketing experience
- Good knowledge of the various marketing disciplines of branding, event management and online marketing
- Experience in using marketing CRMs such as Hubspot is highly beneficial
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Demonstrate experience/ potential in marketing plus willingness to learn
- Strong understanding of digital marketing: SEM, SEO, Social Media, Ecommerce, CRO and PPC concepts
- 1-2 years of B2C social media and content generation skills
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written English
