Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement of items and keying of data into the system.
- Keeps record, distribution and filing of department documents for the Department.
- Handles after sales service interaction with customers via phone and texts.
- Handles company orders promptly
- Handle all filing of documents
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years’ working experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Possess a responsible, pleasant and friendly attitude
- Ability to maintain composure in escalated situation
- Available immediately or within short notice preferred.
Pay Range: $2500-$3000
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
