**ACTUALLY **and **OUTSIDE **are two Singapore brands in retail founded since 2005. It is known for stocking international brands and also inhouse brands. We are looking for someone with design background to source for productions of our merchandise.

**Job Descriptions**
- Sourcing product manufacturing from China and other countries
- Proactively finding new products and sources
- Develop and creating new products, sampling process, follow up order process.
- Handling production materials, production requirements and ensure product quality.
- Execute end-to-end sourcing activities, including negotiations and supplier selection, payment and shipments.
- Build and manage relationships and trust with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate sourcing progress updates to stakeholders.
- Evaluate and monitor the factories for continuous improvement and business development
- Proactively anticipate issues and provide problem solving wherever necessary
- Follow up on shipment discrepancies & defectives.
- Prepare distribution & allocation of stocks.
- Evaluate sales and achieving sales target

**Requirements**:

- Written & communications in Chinese is a must
- Creative thinking, problem solver and keen to learn
- design background
- Attention to details
- Able to use Adobe Suite
- Merchandising experience
