**The role**
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, body treatments, based on client needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products to meet client goals and expectations.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area, sterilizing equipment and tools in accordance with industry standards and clinic policies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and beauty products, and share knowledge with clients to enhance their beauty routines and promote overall well-being.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, following proper protocols and procedures during treatments to ensure client safety.
- Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and post-treatment care to maximize treatment benefits and promote long-term results.
- Sell and promote beauty products, providing detailed product information, and recommending suitable products for clients' needs.
- Handle client bookings, appointments, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Proven work experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role in a reputable beauty or wellness company.
- Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy, such as a Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent certification such as CIDESCO/ CIBTAC/ ITEC qualifications will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and concerns, as well as various skincare techniques
- Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and educate clients effectively.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, displaying flexibility and resilience.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
