Cdn Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain CDN architectures to optimize content delivery.
- Configure and manage CDN services to enhance performance.
- Monitor CDN performance metrics and analyze traffic patterns to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide effective troubleshooting solutions for technical issues encountered during content delivery.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and network operations teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Collect and organize customer feedback to provide insights and improvement suggestions to the product and development teams.
- Implement security measures to protect content delivery from threats such as DDoS attacks.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Networking Knowledge**: Deep understanding of networking technologies and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching; familiarity with network topologies.
- **Programming Skills**:Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Java, Python, JavaScript, and HTML for developing and optimizing CDN services; experience in scripting for automation using languages like Python.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communications with clients.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to details, strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functinal teams, and the ability to work independently as well as in a group setting.

**Work Environment**:
This position requires shift work with the following schedules:

- **AM Shift**: 7.30 AM to 3.30 PM
- **PM Shift**: 3.15 PM to 11.30 PM
- **Night Shift**: 11.15 PM to 7.30 AM

**Shift allowances will be provided.**
