In this multifaceted role, you'll be the face of our space—providing guests with a seamless experience from entry to exit while offering product education and administrative support. **Job Overview**:
As an Educator and Front Desk Attendant, you play a vital role in shaping the client journey. From the moment they arrive, your goal is to ensure each guest feels welcomed, informed, and valued. Your responsibilities will span across guest engagement, product education, and essential administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Experience & Communication**
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest.
- Address inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a positive, respectful tone that values each guest’s time and needs.
- Ensure guests are well-informed about programs, workshops, and ongoing promotions.
- Support a seamless end-to-end guest experience through timely follow-ups and feedback collection.
**Administrative & Operational Duties**
- Manage schedules, appointments, and day-to-day front desk operations.
- Prepare accurate reports and assist in maintaining internal records.
- Handle appointment bookings, service recommendations, and client servicing—including transactions, gift cards, refunds, and exchanges.
- Uphold SOPs for cleanliness, room turnover, and guest readiness to ensure smooth technical operations.
**Education & Sales**
- Articulate the value and benefits of our services and products with clarity and care.
- Provide basic technical product education to support informed client choices.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets—both personal and organizational.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, wellness, or educational roles.
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for sharing knowledge.
- A proactive and collaborative team player who values client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
