The AIML Data Operations team is passionate about technology with a focus on enriching the customer experience. We are looking for a Senior Annotation Analyst that has high attention to quality and detail. You are creative and have a passion for detail with proven expertise in Vietnamese language analysis.
**Description**
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Proven expertise in the Vietnamese dialect with excellent comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and understanding of colloquial expressions unique to Vietnam
- In depth knowledge of the regions and cultural variations where Vietnamese is spoken
- Cultural knowledge across domains such as science, history, sports, geography, lifestyle, trends and popular culture in Vietnam
- Excellent English reading, comprehension and writing skills
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand verbal nuances
- Knowledge of ML data annotation process, related tools and software
- Ability to analyze and provide accurate reporting including error trends and root cause analysis
- Experience in devising business process, best practice solutions to increase efficiencies
- Proven expertise navigating systems and tools, regularly sharing best practices with team members
- Demonstrates integrity and focuses on customer privacy
- Experience with changing work-flows and responsibilities
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
- Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment and background check
- Successful completion of initial training and certification testing
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with language data (e.g. research, analysis, translation, review)
- Aptitude for acquiring advanced technical skills, an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Proven attention to detail and critical thinking skills in evaluation of Siri’s language usage and dialect
- Data analytics experience is highly desirable
- Passion for coaching and mentoring
- Ability to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences with excellent presentation skills and experience developing Keynote content
