**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes and workflows across complex architectural projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM technology throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on BIM best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct clash detection, coordination, and model reviews to identify and resolve design conflicts and discrepancies.
- Serve as a key point of contact for BIM-related inquiries, training, and support for project team members.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in BIM and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive collaboration and knowledge-sharing across multidisciplinary teams to optimize efficiency and enhance project outcomes.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $8,300.00 per month
