**Job Title**:Livestreamer (Work from Home)
**Employment Type**:Part-Time (3 hours per day)
**Work Schedule**:Daily, 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM
**Compensation**:Base Salary - SGD 30 per 3-hour session + Commission
**Location**:Remote / Work from Home / Office
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Livestream Hosting & Product Promotion**:Conduct live product presentations from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM daily, showcasing DixmondSG’s product range.
Highlight product features, demonstrate usage, and communicate the benefits in a compelling manner to drive customer interest and sales.
- **Customer Engagement & Interaction**:Respond to viewer questions and comments in real-time, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
Encourage customer participation, promote special offers, and provide personalized recommendations during live sessions.
- **Sales Performance & Conversion**:Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize conversions during each session.
Promote ongoing promotions, discounts, and call-to-action incentives to boost sales.
- **Session Preparation & Coordination**:Work with the marketing and product teams to prepare talking points, promotional materials, and visuals for each live session.
Stay informed about new products, market trends, and any changes to product specifications or promotions.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:Deliver concise reports on livestream performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and suggestions for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in livestreaming, sales, or customer engagement roles (e-commerce or influencer experience preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident, engaging on-screen presence.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adept at handling real-time viewer interactions.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and online sales strategies.
- Interest in the beauty and hair care industry is advantageous.
