This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both video production and website management. You’ll be the bridge between content and digital experience — crafting compelling videos, shooting behind-the-scenes content, and keeping our website vibrant, user-friendly, and on-brand.

**What You’ll Do**

**Content Creation & Videography**
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content (e.g. reels, testimonials, workout highlights)
- Capture high-quality photos and behind-the-scenes footage during sessions and events
- Brainstorm and develop content ideas aligned with our brand goals and target audience

**Website Management**
- Maintain and update website content using platforms like WordPress and Wix
- Ensure the website is visually appealing, SEO-optimised, and mobile-responsive
- Support landing page builds, campaign launches, and overall site improvements

**Digital Marketing Support**
- Collaborate with our team to align content with brand messaging
- Track and analyse content and website performance using basic analytics tools
- Keep an eye on trends in content marketing, web UX/UI, and social platforms

**What We’re Looking For**

**Must-Haves**:

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut)
- Experience with cameras, lighting, and audio gear
- Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress and Wix
- Strong understanding of content strategy, visual design, and brand voice
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

**Bonus points**:

- Graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic knowledge of SEO and HTML/CSS
- Experience managing social media pages or digital campaigns
- A strong portfolio or showreel of past content and websites
