[What the role is]

As part of the Cybersecurity and Data Governance Division, you will play a key role in enhancing enterprise ICT and data governance, ensuring that CAAS’ ICT systems and data remain secure in the face of ever-changing security challenges, and aligned with the government’s policies, standards, and procedures.

[What you will be working on]

As a Senior Manager/Manager (ICT and Data Governance), you will collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders to:

- Lead/ support the development, review, and awareness of agency ICT and data governance policies and standards
- Develop and review enterprise ICT and data governance procedures, checklists, templates, and forms
- Coordinate, support, and participate in various internal and external audits
- Plan, develop, and conduct regular in-house ICT and data governance reviews to ensure compliance with government policies, standards, and procedures
- Review the ICT and data governance of systems and projects through the project lifecycle
- Ensure that systems are properly classified so that the appropriate security measures can be applied
- Make sure that data security risk indicators are relevant and appropriate; ensure that data security risks are mitigated
- Minimise data loss as a result of careless or malicious intent
- Raise awareness and educate officers of their roles and responsibilities regarding data security

[What we are looking for]
- Trained in Information Technology, Computer Science, ICT Security, Information Security, Engineering (Computing / Telecommunication), Data Governance, Data Protection, or equivalent.
- At least 5 to 8 years of direct and relevant full-time ICT and data governance experience.
- Familiarity with Singapore Government’s Instruction Manual (IM) on ICT and Smart Systems will be an advantage.
- Familiar with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act
- Relevant professional certification such as COBIT, ITIL and other privacy-related certifications will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, driven, a good team player and strong ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
