Singapore ELEC-PRO TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Full time

Our Company is working closely with a Prestigious Public Listed organisation in Singapore. Due to our dynamic expansion in projects, we’re looking for **Project Engineers **, to be part of the project team, able to maintain, upgrade and manage our in-house development of system solutions projects.
- Direct and oversee projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and the team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
- Negotiate agreement terms, manage contract drafts, bid on projects, and obtain permits to analyse and mitigate risks.
- Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring the client’s needs and wants are efficiently met.
- Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality standards exist and estimates remain within budget.
- Supervise projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the customer’s requirements.
- Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
- Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

**Job Requirement**:

- BSc/BA in Engineering, Building and Construction, Civil, or equivalent
- PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
- Certificate in Construction Productivity Management (CCPM) or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) would be preferred
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, including at least 1 years’ experience in project management
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software
- Strong project & people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
- Able to work within tight schedules
- Self-driven and good team player
