**Overview**:
As a Server at BYD by 1826 Pte Ltd, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer needs in a professional and friendly manner. Your role is essential in maintaining the high standards of service that our restaurant is known for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**: Greet and seat guests promptly. Provide menus, explain specials, and answer questions about the menu and restaurant.
- **Order Management**: Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests. Enter orders into the POS system and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar.
- **Service Delivery**: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that all items are delivered as requested and address any issues promptly.
- **Customer Relations**: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Strive to exceed guest expectations and enhance their dining experience.
- **Table Maintenance**: Ensure that tables are clean, set up correctly, and ready for new guests. Perform regular checks on guest tables to ensure satisfaction.
- **Cash Handling**: Process guest payments accurately, including handling cash, credit/debit transactions, and providing change.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service and efficient operations.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

**Education and Experience**:

- **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Relevant experience or formal training in hospitality or restaurant service is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred but not required. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are highly valued.

**Work Environment**:

- **Hours**: Full-time position with full-shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. (5Days Work Week 44Hr)
