**Position Summary**

The FSSC will be based in Woodland, Singapore, close to our global manufacturing and regional sales facilities. The FSSC centralizes all global accounting activities [GL/AP/AR/Tax] for the Company (US, EU, Asia) regions.

Supports Invoicing management (billing and accounting) for the Global FSSC for equipment, retrofits/services and spare parts and AR collections. Also responsible for month end closing (debit notes/credit note processing) and analytical reporting on performance and Company KPI.

Responsible for Finance projects, new entity roll-out and integration into ASM.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the FSSC Manager, activities cover:

- Enforcer of Corporate Policies and DOA.
- Support the invoicing and accounting process across ASM entities supported by FSSC. You are the key contact for Sales and Accounts Receivable for all invoice related matters.
- Ensure Debit notes/Credit notes procedures are observed and correctly executed.
- Handle all aspects of the invoicing and accounting systems and processes for manual invoicing, Electronic invoicing to 3rd parties or inter-company.
- Responsible for 3rd parties collection and Letter of Credit process.
- Contribute to development and enhancement on invoicing systems and processes to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Responsible for complete, accurate, high quality and timely issuance of invoices. Ensure that shipments that are delivered are always invoiced. If not invoiced, resolve issues and ensure subsequent invoicing is done.
- Provide relevant supporting returns and schedules for tax and statutory reporting.
- Work with other functions throughout ASM to deliver KPI and other key objectives.
- Involved in S4 Hana system implementation and roll out.
- Involved in new entity support, set up and integration into ASM exiting system.
- Involved in process/system improvement initiatives and projects.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Receivable Accounting in an MNC Shared Service environment
- Must have SAP FICO & SD module knowledge
- Experience in an SAP environment
- Mature individual with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Supervisory experience
- General all round accounting skills with analytical experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage interpersonal relationships with internal/ external customers
- Proficient with MSOffice Applications
- Cheerful personality & results driven
