Senior Videographer

Ask & Embla is seeking a highly skilled and creative **Senior Videographer** to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in crafting stunning visual content, from concept to completion, across various platforms and projects. This role is perfect for a team player with leadership potential who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**What You'll Do**:

- Film and produce photography and videography in both studio and outdoor settings with talents. Including video editing, sound scape, colour correction.
- Shoot for photography and videography projects, including events and corporate videos
- Collaborate closely with the ads team to take charge of creating, developing, and refining ad ideas, ranging from conceptualisation to scripting and storyboarding. Ensure that the content aligns with the brand while enhancing the performance of ad campaigns, not just on social media.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to branded campaigns
- Responsible for retouching of all creative/editorial/product living assets ensuring a fast turn around of high quality images. Main in-charge for all assets on product page images & video
- Ability to identify the different levels of editing needs for each images, and videos.
- Keen eye for detail and colour, and good knowledge and experience of product and model photography
- Ability to manage time efficiently and reaching the targets set up by team leaders
- Increase the quality and consistency across all images & videos
- Confident in colour correction and strong knowledge of colour profiles and colour management
- Assessing the skills and strengths of team members and assigning tasks accordingly. Monitoring the progress of tasks and projects, and providing guidance and support as needed
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Maintain, back up and archive all the creative assets by following the naming convention and filling system that will be setup.
- Stay up to date on fashion, style news, runway, and industry trends for product selection, stories, videos and social engagement
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior. Support events with any ad-hoc projects when required
- Observe and identify individual team member’s performance related issues, develop action plan for improvement, and implement progressive coaching as may be necessary

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Videographer or similar role.
- Proven experience in shooting high-quality video and photography in both studio and outdoor settings, with talent.
- Mastery of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, with skills in sound design, color correction, and motion graphics (a plus).
- Experience collaborating with advertising teams on creative development, scripting, and storyboarding for video ads.
- Strong understanding of brand messaging and the ability to translate it into visually compelling content.
- A keen eye for detail and color, with experience in product and model photography (a plus).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership experience (a plus), with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in digital asset management (DAM) systems (a plus).
- Working knowledge of current fashion and style trends for product selection and video content (a plus).
