**Job Overview
**Professional Services Responsibilities
**Solution Design and Implementation**:

- Design, configure, and deploy NetApp storage solutions (including ONTAP, SnapMirror, SnapVault, etc.) to meet client requirements for storage, data protection, and disaster recovery.
- Provide NetApp solutions to meet specific client needs, considering performance, capacity, scalability, and budget.Develop technical documentation, including solution architectures, deployment guides, and as-built documentation.

**Technical Consulting**:

- Serve as a NetApp advisor for clients on storage best practices, solution architecture, and storage optimization.

**Support Responsibilities
**Technical Troubleshooting and Support**:

- Provide support for NetApp storage solutions, diagnosing and resolving.
- Act as an escalation point for Level 1 support teams, handling fault cases and return and replacement of faulty equipment.
- Engage with NetApp support for complex issues, coordinating troubleshooting efforts and solutions for clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
- **Certifications**:

- NetApp certifications (e.g., NCDA, NCIE, or equivalent) required.

Additional certifications in related storage, cloud, or networking technologies are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- [3-5 years] of experience in NetApp storage solutions, including both implementation and support.
- Experience with NetApp ONTAP, SnapMirror, SnapVault, and data management products.
- **Technical Skills**:

- NetApp storage ASE certified (preferred) or with relevant experience
- Understanding of storage protocols (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, FC) and networking basics.
- Familiarity with cloud storage solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and NetApp Cloud Volumes is preferred.
- **Soft Skills**:Excellent communication skills, a client-oriented approach, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
