Production & Materials Planner

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production & Materials Planner to manage production scheduling and material planning processes. This role will coordinate production capacity, monitor material availability, and ensure timely delivery to meet customer requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, issue, and manage production schedules and work orders based on capacity and material availability (MPS/MRP).
- Create and release job orders in support of customer sales orders.
- Generate and manage purchase requisitions in ERP System per planned orders.
- Monitor and adjust plans based on sales work order changes (pull-in, push-out, cancellation).
- Track production progress and delivery deadlines using daily reports and production boards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve material or scheduling issues.
- Support Customer Focus Teams on delivery commitments and supply-related matters.
- Analyze inventory levels and address bottlenecks, shortages, and excess/obsolete stock.
- Monitor KPIs related to production planning, material readiness, and inventory health.
- Conduct regular line checks and ensure alignment with customer demand.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in the electronics/Electrical, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in production and/or material planning
- Familiar with ERP systems (preferred), MPS/MRP concepts, and planning tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Xlookup Pivot Table etc)
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
