**Responsibilities**:
Overall in-charge of the company’s food manufacturing facility and machineries across all sites
To hands-on diagnosing mechanical and electrical breakdowns on food manufacturing equipment and refrigeration system
Assess the best course of actions when diagnosing breakdowns and conduct root cause investigation to eliminate the likelihood of reoccurrence
Lead all installations, overhaul of equipment and facilities, working with vendors to ensure on time delivery, on budget and with mínimal disruption
Lead all on site preventative maintenance activities to reduce production manufacturing downtime
Lead and manage a team of maintenance team including performance management, training and development
Lead and ensure relevant standards and regulatory requirements are in compliance (e.g.: WSH, MOM)
Implement and maintain safe work requirements, supervise outsourced vendors’ works and liaising with the facility’s operations team to schedule repair works
Continuous improvement of engineering ways of working to ensure improved equipment performance
Budgetary management planning for maintenance budgets
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

**Requirements**:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a plant and machinery engineering or similar role
Good knowledge with hands-on experience on food manufacturing processing equipment, refrigeration and electrical systems
Experience in managing and leading a team of maintenance personnel.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
