Product Owner

**Position: BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION - PRODUCT OWNER, DIGITAL CHANNELS & ONLINE TRADING**

**Employment Type: 1-year Agency Contract (Highly Renewable)**

**Location: Mapletree Business City
**Digital Product Discovery & Delivery**
- Supporting the bank’s Product Owner for Digital Hub Asia on strategic capabilities impacting clients and front office employees
- Working with Change & Client Experience, Business Management and Technology teams to conceptualize the journeys, design & prioritize features, provide requirements, prioritize user stories, and work with technology and other team members on delivery
- Extracting relevant insights from client’s online behaviour and client usability testing to continuously iterate the client journeys to improve the product experience.
- Implementing framework to drive adoption and usage, establish feedback loop to ensure that the product meets the needs of clients

**Driving Engagement & Usage**
- Managing business and senior stakeholders by acting as a partner and trusted advisor, ensuring continuous user feedback loops during the agile delivery
- Planning and orchestrating of training activities and create easy-to-understand training and engagement material for clients and front office
- Creating high-quality communication deliverables such as EDMs to clients and front office and are comfortable with articulating the communication strategy through presentation materials
- Working in projects and have a good grasp of project management in general when it comes to structure, clear roles & responsibilities, etc.

**Scope & Requirements
**Must Haves**
- You have at least 7 years’ experience with working as a Product Owner in a financial institution, fintech, technology or consultancy company
- You enjoy working on problems with cross functional teams to conceptualize the journeys, design & prioritize features
- You have excellent communication skills, can process information quickly, break complex matters down to their core - running independently, and don’t give up easily
- You are comfortable presenting in front of senior leadership & cross functional stakeholders to get required decisions
- You have experience defining a vision and strategy for a digital solution, product or service and have successfully managed the full product lifecycle from idea-stage to scaling, including integration of user feedback into product requirements, and driving prioritization

**Professional and Technical**
- Familiar with client needs in wealth management and private banking. Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering. Especially in the areas of online trading across asset classes & digital channels.
- Experience with product discovery and delivery concepts on understanding user needs, identify opportunities and demonstrate successful, impactful delivery
- Knowledge of agile methodology and experience of partnering with research, design, change and technology in an design thinking and agile framework
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving and decision making. Track record of prioritizing and making trade-offs by objectively evaluating opportunities vs potential pitfalls
