**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operations Manager to oversee our food production operations. The Production Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional food products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement production plans and schedules for ready-to-eat meals, baked goods, pastry items, and bento meals, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demand.
- Manage day-to-day production activities, including ingredient sourcing, recipe execution, cooking, baking, packaging, and quality control.
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory management, and logistics teams to maintain adequate supplies of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Lead and mentor production staff, including chefs, bakers, line cooks, and packaging operators, to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Collaborate with R&D and culinary teams to develop new recipes, products, and production techniques, keeping abreast of market trends and customer preferences. Utilize production management software and analytics tools to track production performance, analyze data, and generate reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in culinary arts or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience in food production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment specializing in ready-to-eat meals, baked goods, pastry items, or similar products.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with food production equipment, processes, and techniques.
