**The Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local legislation, statutory requirements as well as regulation
- Ensure corporate standards and guidelines are follow thru whilst performing work
- Handle inspection of all static equipment (e.g. piping, PSV, pressured, etc equipment)
- Handle pressure vessel management system (PVMS) to MOM's CLA extension scheme
- Handle risk-based inspection (RBI) for steam and air equipment
- Respond to request for assistant timely, handle mechanical inspection of static and safety device to meet expectations of execution team
- Identify issues of static equipment, make recommendations to address issues, participate with functional engineering team to solve issue
- Supervise contractor's work, ensure safety, quality and reliability of work matches the organization's standard
- Establish and maintain proper record in Inspection data management system
- Provide support for emergency/unscheduled plant shutdown/turnaround as and when require
- Liaise with maintenance planner, engineers, and supervisors to improve preventive maintenance schedules
- Perform root cause analysis on equipment failure, develop counter measures
- Make recommendation on static equipment installation, utilize the asset management system (AMS) management of change (MOC) process including proper documentation for changes done
- Development of work procedures

**The Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Material Engineering and other related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Petrochemical/ Chemical Industry
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
