Position Summary: The Educational Consultant for the China market plays a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to students, parents, and educational institutions in China. This position involves understanding the Chinese education system, assisting students with study abroad opportunities, and facilitating collaborations between the educational institution company and Chinese partners. - Chinese Education System Expertise:

- Develop a deep understanding of the Chinese education system, including academic requirements, standardized testing, and admission procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in Chinese education policies and regulations that may impact study abroad opportunities and international partnerships.
- Student Advisory and Guidance:

- Provide one-on-one consultations to Chinese students, advising them on study abroad options, course selection, and educational pathways.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations to recommend suitable educational programs and destinations.
- Study Abroad Program Management:

- Collaborate with educational institutions overseas to identify appropriate study abroad programs for Chinese students.
- Facilitate partnerships and agreements between the educational institution company and international institutions, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements.
- Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research on study abroad trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences in the Chinese market.

- Marketing and Promotion:

- Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the educational institution company's study abroad programs to Chinese students.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and website updates, to attract Chinese students.
- Participate in marketing events, education fairs, and school visits in China to generate leads and enhance the company's brand presence.
- Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese educational agencies, schools, and education-related organizations to expand the company's network and reach.
- Liaise with partners, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and smooth program implementation.
- Compliance and Documentation:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in educational consulting or related fields in the Chinese market.
