As a Material Control Technician II you are tasked to support ASM Supply Chain Department, you will be trusted to work on to Warehouse Shipping and Receiving at Tuas. In this role, a typical day will include:

- Execute inbound and outbound material control tasks, inbound and outbound material logistic tasks, ERP transactions, continuous improvement, HSE tasks, administrative tasks, ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Meet expected standards and timeline as communicated by supervisor.
- Execute material control tasks with required ERP transactions:

- Inbound material receipts
- Accurate, timely work order material issue to production staging areas
- Put away materials and production returns
- Transfer of finished goods to external warehouse
- Disposal of obsolete materials
- Routine cycle count, investigate discrepancies.
- Execute material logistic tasks with required ERP transactions:

- Transfer of inbound materials
- Monitor inbound material logistics estimated time of arrival (ETA) to site, escalate delays to planned ETAs
- Plan and execute outbound materials logistics.
- Others tasks:

- Warehouse housekeeping, 5S activities, self-inspection tasks, consumables stock take and issue PO to replenish
- Work in manner to ensure Health, Safety, Environment, ensure movement and storage of hazardous materials in compliance with safety requirements, prepare safety risk management plan in collaboration with HSE for supervisor review and approval.
- Continuous improvement projects
- Administrative duties

What You'll Bring to Alcon
- ITE or Diploma in Supply Chain or Related Study or relevant experience
- Experience in warehouse activities
- Knowledge in SAP and Basic Excel will be advantage
