**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing channel-specific marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Contribute to business plans for priority channels, categories, and customer segments.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify partner needs and tailor marketing initiatives.
- Develop sales support tools (e.g., brochures, presentations, training materials) to aid sales team.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns (e.g., trade discounts, POS materials) to boost partner engagement and sales.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments based on feedback and data.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to evaluate channel performance.
- Prepare reports on trade marketing effectiveness and ROI of initiatives.
- Represent the Food Service team in cross-functional meetings (e.g., S&OP process) to align on demand planning.Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.

**Prerequisites**:

- 3 years relevant experience in trade marketing, B2B marketing, or sales support (FMCG/food service industry a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is a bonus.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
