**Job Descriptions**
- Utilize in-house system for daily activities.
- Prepare and execute airway bills, manifest and related documents for the shipments.
- Coordination of day-to-day operations and transaction with internal/external customers.
- Ensure all export cargo are properly marked and labelled prior to transfer to airlines.
- Send pre-alert to overseas agents.
- Follow operations SOP, including compliance of all custom and security regulations.
- Ensure all data are updated correctly in system.
- Handle mishandled, cross-labelled shipments, damaged and lost cargo.
- Other assignment as assigned by the management.

**Job Requirements**
- Good air cargo knowledge and understanding of incoterms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excels
- Experience in freight forwarder management will be added an advantage
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, highly organized and positive attitude
- On-job training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
