Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Vice President, Premier Business Development, Offshore.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead Business Development Managers for our Premier Banking offshore market to achieve acquisition objectives
- Mentor and inspire team members to achieve their full potential in outperforming targets
- Lead, implement and drive collaboration with stakeholders for Premier Banking Acquisition initiatives, tactical and strategic goals for offshore quality customer acquisition
- Work and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve conversion and quality of customers acquired
- Support customers with needs-based solutions to meet customers' short
- and long-term financial banking needs, getting customers to be wealth ready
- Provide trainings to the team to ensure full compliance to on-boarding guidelines and regulatory requirements, including KYC
- Provide trainings to the team to ensure the adherence to AML guidelines and proper conduct
- Manage the team sales activities and ensure all are well equipped to handle customers with highest level of customer service and more. Lead and drive enhancement to customer onboarding processes to increase team productivity
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Sales or acquisition experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in the affluent segment
- Supervisory and sales management experience preferred
- Sound knowledge of affluent segment banking products and services
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
