**Group/Division**

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.
- Lead supply chain related projects and programs relating to support product spares supply plans
- Drive complex problem resolution on product spares offerings, value engineering, quality, reliability, delivery, inventory, and service initiatives related to service part supply from GOPS.
- You will be expected to understand company business requirements, segment dynamics and trends, and the supply base requirements vs capabilities for assigned product lines.
- Lead and encourage team members to achieve service product excellence in quality, reliability, experience, and functionality
- Frequently interacts with functional peer groups. Success requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.
- Balance conflicting priorities, manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines.
- Critical Parts Management: Establish critical parts priorities, drive the completion of 8-D problem solving, understand and drive closure to critical parts issues. All activity should be a collaborative effort with:

- The Global Operations supply chain organization to assess, understand and resolve service part supply challenges.
- The Global Operations manufacturing design engineering organization to assess, understand and resolve phase 6B service part technical and quality challenges.
- Lead and influence other cross-functional and cross-organizational teams as needed
- Collaborating with Global Support Service representatives and partners in the SLC to develop customer and field communications and drive close loop operational outcome of root cause and preventative actions.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Degree / Diploma in engineering or supply chain,
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain operations
- Project management skills is preferred
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Must have the proven track record to effectively take care of ambiguity, identify gaps, and implement innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency. Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Works on sophisticated issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for acquiring results.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for acquiring solutions.
- Should be process oriented and results driven. Should enjoy a challenging and fast paced environment. Must have the proven ability to optimally take care of ambiguity, identify gaps, and implement innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency. Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
