**Job Description**:
- Assist in purchasing, coordinating delivery and logistic arrangement
- Sourcing of materials, Request for Quotation, price negotiation
- Inventory controls
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review and purchase materials and equipment
- Supplier evaluation and managing of performance and quality
- Coordinate closely with the Procurement, Admin & HR, IT and Logistics Departments from Head Office
- Provide full site administration, documentation and secretarial support to the project team
- Maintain proper filing and documentation system in accordance to ISO/Project Standard
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondences
